:: Single center medallion with open interior abrashed aquatic blue ground with minor samovars the interior. Main contour in a stepped outline atop a covered field of botehs bearing double niche end field overlays and geometric floral blossoms in serrated contour. Main border in a floral top view filled cartouche. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, ocean blue, pale saffron yellow, beige, ochre, dark chocolate brown, powder blue and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Tatter to ends. One end not secure. One end measures 3'9" whereas the opposing measures 3'11". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Anatolian rug made in Turkey circa 1910's vintage. Size measures 3'11" x 6'8".
